Dr. Campbell Bullock

Biography

Dr. Bullock holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership from Stanislaus State University, a master's in sociology from San Jose State University, and a bachelor's in sociology from U.C. Davis. He has over 23 years of experience evaluating adult and juvenile justice programs. His justice related research and evaluation topics have included: self-represented litigants, disproportionate minority contact, pretrial, Public Safety Realignment, the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act, violence prevention, and prison parenting. He has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, and he has extensive experience working on all phrases of evaluation including collaborative design, the participatory review and interpretation of data, and technical assistance and training. Dr. Bullock previously served as the President and the Vice President of the Association for Criminal Justice Research (California). Along with teaching at SSU, he has taught research methods and research analysis at California State University, Stanislaus for over 12 years.
